Had a 5x10 unit when it was cubesmart. I currently pay $85 without including insurance. Online their prices for this unit is advertised at $21 a month. I called (since the office is always closed) and asked if they would honor the price change. I was told no they cannot do that. My account is now going to be closed! I was told rent increases, but the price difference is absurd.
The rent for a 10x10 storage unit was $48.60. They decided to raise the rent to $100 starting in August. They doubled the rent for no reason. The new management/owners are substandard.
So evidently the family that bought this or the person The Entity whoever that's now in Wichita allegedly still hasn't changed their Google phone number from CubeSmart who owned it before if somebody at this facility gets it email or a text concerning this review please call me back or email me on this platform so I can get a hold of you I need a telephone number please and thank you
I love the control atmosphere it's clean, has great security and good access and the price is right. Unfortunately 3 weeks into our relationship I get an email stating I need to provide property insurance information so the stuff stored is insured are there going to provide it and Bill me. I had my insurance agent email them the declaration while I was standing there and the young lady put it in my account.
