They were very very nice. They answered all of my questions. They walked me to my unit. They showed me how to put my lock on. They made sure my code worked. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.
I selected a unit at this location in Aug 2024. Less than 3 months later my price goes up to $160. Then in December I received a postcard saying that the price will go Up to $160 in January even though I’ve paid that amount in Nov and Dec 2024. I received a call telling me that the unit is late. It was 5 days late. I log into pay and the price is $192. I called and inquired about the price and was informed that the late fee is $27 and when it’s 5 days late. Insane ! The young lady Michelle that assisted me was very kind and diligent about explaining the rules and regulations what can and cannot be stored in the unit. She was patient and understanding.
Michelle was personable
They are way over priced on these units they don’t offer you your deposit back their late fee is $30 I would never recommend this place to anyone they will give you false information on how to reach out to someone
