We have used this storage for over 20 yrs. Our account was ALWAYS in good standing with payments sent to the same address. (20 yrs). Once CubeSmart became owner, CubeSmart could not account for our payments sent to and received by CubeSmart (the same address that has been successfully used for over 20 yrs). This occurred multiple times. Each time CubeSmart denied us access. Any attempts to contact CubeSmart manager or anyone were unsuccessful/unanswered.
