The gentlemen working in the office were so nice and extremely helpful. The storage facility is immaculate.
I was told that if I switched units I would not get billed for the second one where i completely moved. Once I moved I was told that they told me in error. this was well over $500 extra dollars.
Meant to open at 8am, no one in sight at 8:30, customer service informs me the manager will be there in another 10 minutes (40 minutes past the opening hours). I understand that life happens and sometimes people run late. The unhelpfulness of customer service, however, is inexcusable. No recourse, no offer of assistance, no offer of recompense.
I WAS ABLE TO DO BUSSINESS WITH JEFFERY, WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM, EXCELENTE SERVICE.
Very clean place! Easy access, but unfortunately very high increase rates twice a year from what I can remember! Too sad to move out of there… But lets hope the CEO of the company realizes that our Salary doesnt go up and stop increasing the rates so much …then mhe would keep clients very happy! And hopefully cdoesnt loose clients.
