Easy, fast, clean
Marian was very helpful and friendly. The leasing process was easy and she explained everything thoroughly. It's a shame the facility doesn't have a restroom (moving is hard, and extremely time-consuming, so a restroom would be very welcome). The facility itself is clean, although some of the carts provided don't work very well. Overall, the "web only offer" was very good value.
First visit at CubeSmart in Wilton and Emmanuel was friendly and very professional. To have access to my storage via drive-in is an absolute plus.
