Tracy, the manager, was just fabulous to work with. After seeing what we were going to place in our unit she recommended the exact size we would need and she was 150% correct! It’s nice to deal with someone who knows their business! Additionally, the facility was spotless and it was easy to access the building. We moved from another vendor and we are so glad we chose Cube Smart!

Tracie is helpful and nice, the facility is very clean. Update: I rented a 10x15 storage unit, and by my third month before I had even been there six months they raised my rate. After that, the price just kept increasing over and over again. This place is extremely money-hungry. It feels like all they do is sit around looking for ways to add extra charges to people’s accounts. Right now, I am paying $423.00 for a 10x15 unit.
