Rats breeding ground!! Been here for 3 years. Price of a 10x10 was up to $340 a month. Once your stuff is in there for a few months that’s when the random increases kick in. I just moved my stuff out and there’s dead rats in my mattress and rat feces everywhere. I had to toss out the mattress. All my stuff is chewed and contains rat feces. I am enrolled in their “sure smart protection insurance plan” in they denied the claims saying it doesn’t cover damage from rats or insects.
