Carla and Scott were so kind and helpful!
Scott and Carla met us with excellent customer service, including pleasant smiling faces. They were very apologetic about the issue of one elevator not working, I know it was out of their control, but again they were pleasant, and I will definitely rent again!
Scott was cool and so was the lady
Great customer service, units were clean, carts available. Carla was great!!
