Super super friendly I'm always greated with a smile. the storage unit and facility itself is always very clean. I've never had any issues and I were to, I know I'd be taken care of
The manager Gerry is a very kind woman, knows what she's doing and straight to the point. She will do all she can to help out where needed and has a good attitude. She's very easy to talk to and approachable. I love that she has a firm attitude and will not waste time. She gets the job done, and is no one to mess with because she runs everything as smoothly as she can amongst the chaos. She is top notch.
The staff, Jeri, and Billy, are phenomenal to work with. Always pleasant and kind! They would get my recommendation anytime. The customer service is outstanding!
