Massive amounts of harassment from staff. Exited out of my lease early due to it. Extremely confrontational and had the cops called on me. Who for the record did nothing because no law was being broken. Avoid going when office is open at risk of harassment. Staff profiles and definitely has some very blatant biases that need to be addressed by the company at risk of losing even more customers. Would never recommend to anyone at all. Easy to get set up online.
Andrew was super helpful setting us up with our account! We reserved a unit online but realized after that we would prefer a first floor unit rather than the upstairs one we reserved. Andrew was very quick to help us get us our preferred unit! He explained everything thoroughly and even showed us how to use the lock. He also recommended protectors for some of our items that we definitely needed!
The staff is nice and so helpful.
I stopped in to get some information on renting a 10x10 unit. Andrew was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a tour to show me an available unit, and was able to answer all my questions. He's a top notch employee! I rented on the spot. The location was very clean and well kept. I've been there twice so far to bring some items to store and have not had any issues.
