Great and helpful staff! Super clean and comfortable facility!
We used CubeSmart in the midst of our moving process, and Alvin was an amazing help! We had originally only wanted a 15x20 but that ended up not quite being enough space so he quickly searched the facility for an open 5x5 and found one just a few units down. It has been a great overall experience and we could not recommend CubeSmart enough!! It's not just what inside that counts, it's the people behind it. Go Alvin!
The service and communication is exceptional - Alvin made it very personal and helped handled the service from reservation to us moving in to the storage. He explained the process in great detail and answered all questions in great depth. He was there to greet us and checked in during our move to make sure everything no went smoothly. Alvin made this service extra pleasant with his cheerfulness and helpful manner in every step. I would highly recommend Cube Storage.
