Tiffany provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made the entire process quick and easy. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this location!
John was the one that assisted me with the selection of the storage and he was great!! The location is great and other workers are very attentive as well!! The app that is used is very easy to understand and makes getting in and out of your storage unit very easy .
Signed up for a unit at the Public Storage today. Had a great experience during the online reservation, then the phone call with Will who fixed the unit to be the correct type of unit, and finally with John who showed me the unit and signed me up. John provided top notch service, and I will always look to Public Storage first!
