THE WORST EXPERIENCE, Rat poop all over, all my stuff damage because of rats. It is horrible. DO NOT RENT A UNIT THERE. Nasty place, used to be good but not anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
John G was so helpful and informative in helping me require a storage unit on the spot. He laid out all my options as well as provide safety precautions when using the unit. He made the whole process a pleasant one.
Elevators are a joke. I’m constantly fighting for an elevator when I should be focusing on bringing my belongings upstairs.
