The biggest mistake the owner could have done was switch from Cube Smart to Public Storage. I have rented 3 units for some time now and was hoping this was a long term thing. I recieved an email saying I needed to sign documentation for the change so I reached out because I could not get my account number as it is tied to cube smart and was and still am having trouble accessing the app. The person helping me thru the chat feature was very rude and unhelpful.
