Alex and Ray in the office are very nice young men. They listened and helped me make some decisions and changes without hesitation. I’ve had my storage unit for about 4 years or so and the building is ALWAYS clean. This is a great “air conditioned” location if you should need a storage facility. I am a very happy customer!
Alex was great to work with making sure I got the lowest price. I was able to find a storage unit that fit my stuff.
I was disappointed to find mold all over my furniture. I thought I was paying for climate control so exactly this would not happen. Also, CubeSmart raised my rate regularly until I am paying $100 more a month than the going rate. It requires me having to move everything to another space just to get the normal rate. I am really not happy about this company.
The only reason I’m giving two star is that the hidden charges are revealed when you are about to sign lease contract, and it’s not small amount, which I think putting you on spot and making money out of it is really annoying..
