Everyone here was super nice and helpful. Clean units, bigger than anticipated. And, when I moved out, I had forgotten my keys, but Alex helped me out by removing the lock so I didn't have to pay someone to do it. Y'all should give him a raise!
Good storage spot. Facility is clean and truly kept temperature-regulated. Signing up for a unit was easy. It’s been super convenient having this so nearby.

Continues to raise prices, mold on my belongings, pressure tactics such as making me pay an extra month after i requested to cancel and had all my belongings were out by the end of the month. Corporate was entirely unhelpful while their district manager ruben was rude, condescending and a flat out liar/sheister. It would be cheaper to throw your belongings in the garbage. Do not do business here.
Been customer for 4+ years. Come back to my belongings covered in mold and am told to contact insurance by Alexander. My payment is due the following day. I am then told by Alexander at the front desk I cannot be guaranteed I will have access to my belongings if I don’t pay them next month, despite paying them over 5k for the duration of my lease for a CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit.
