This facility has had an ongoing mold and moisture problem for years, despite being advertised as climate controlled. I previously moved out because of the conditions, later came back, and unfortunately the problem is still here.--Other customers have reported mold on furniture and belongings as well. This location is annoying. They lock the bathrooms for customers when the office is closed. Which makes no sense because the bathrooms are inside the building which you need a code to get into. One of the reasons that I picked this location was because they had restrooms. But if you come after five or on the weekends (which is when most people come to access their property stores here) then you don’t get to use the restroom here. It’s so frustrating and annoying.
