I wanted to write this review a month ago but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had the opportunity to do so. I want to start off by saying that I really appreciate the help that I received from the team, but especially from Rich. I purchased the unit online in a rush thinking the size I chose was the correct one and I was definitely wrong. I was a long time tenant here, but finally left due to it being insecure, it’s unprofessional managers, the egregious rent increases, then charging me even more than what was agreed and due to vermin infestation. I stored items for my business here since they opened about 7 years ago. While at first it was very reasonably priced, and I liked that it was a new facility, the rent escalated to the point where I was being charged nearly 3x what a new customer would pay for the same size unit. Today I made it to the store 3 minutes after closing. Just In time to see Rich, one of the store managers, turn off the open sign and lock the door. I knocked and he so very hospitable any gracious enough to let me in to pay my bill and avoid any late fee. Very friendly which made my experience seem like I was dealing with a friend vs just a business transaction. Those experiences can make a customers day. Customer service is a title for a job description, but being able to service your customers is key. Rich has that like a... read more
