There’s no bathrooms to use on the floors you rent your bin on , it’s horrible . For no apparent reason they stopped usage of all bathrooms in cube smart north Bergen Tonnelle , they just put a sign on the bathrooms stating staff usage only . My pregnant wife had to run to Panda Express to use the bathroom . Don’t rent here . And there’s only one elevator now , access is horrible now cause of this . Rent storage bins elsewhere .

I needed an additional small unit because my current unit is about 85% full. I met with Julie who showed me the additional unit which I decided to rent. She is really good at her job. I had my paperwork done in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with Julie who is a true professional when it comes to serving the needs of the customer.

My rating is based on customer service at the location. The staff use the clock for when they will return and they don’t show for an additional 17 minutes, my time is just as important. The size of unit is upright in height making a 5x9 too small, the dimensions should be very specific to include DxWxH. On the plus side it is very clean. Advice: NEVER pay for anything you haven’t seen.

Perfect storage facility. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Perfectly clean all around. Recent construction. Bathrooms on every floor. Safe. Well lit. Easy parking. Two entrances (front and back). What else can we ask for. 2025, edit after being a customer for quite a while. Bait and switch tactic as commonly is the case in the industry in terms of rent increases.
