The absolute worst customer service. Not interested in explaining how they’re gonna solve your problem before they start rattling off their corporate policies and excuses. These people had me locked me out of a storage unit that was paid for and their only excuse was that there was no one at the office to help me. The second my rate goes up here I’m gone.
Very professional, and clean bathroom, Ashley was super friendly and helpful. Everything was as promised and process to setup the account was easy!
The customer service rep here is the nicest. She was so patient with all my questions
Great experience! The staff was helpful, the place is clean. Plenty of storage for our needs. Will update after we move our stuff out if anything changes but seems like a solid solution for your storage needs.
