Units and facilities were clean and well maintained. Both Justin and Chris were extremely helpful. I am very happy we chose CubeSmart. Update after 2 years of storage:? Maybe 3.5 stars now? Still well maintained and clean. However, their pricing policy is disappointing. We have seen increases in the rental cost of both units on a very regular basis (Typically 4-6 months.) The managers Chris and Susie are amazing people helped with all my storeage needs
Chris and Susie what to say….. My daughter a college student rented a unit and they both were very knowledgeable. Chris showed us the unit it was clean and the property even smelled nice. They also have carts to help move your items to your unit. I have rented at several other storage places and the service has nothing on what Chris and Susie gave us. I would recommend Cube Smart to anyone.
Jayme and Chris are amazing and have great customer service. 10/10 would recommend for college kids!!
