False advertisement. I thought I was getting a deal for $15/ month for 3 months. But they've been charging me over 30. Don't cheat your customers. Also, I asked for the wifi pw because there is clearly a "cubeguest" on the list of avaliable wifi networks and they lied to me and said that doesn't exist when we can all clearly see it. Yikes.
Chris opened the door when we walked in. Susie stood up and told us her name and welcomed us to CubeSmart. Chris showed us the property and this is the cleanest storage place we visited. I told my daughter as soon as we walked in this is where we will rent. Chris made the rental process super easy. He explained everything to us and answered any questions we had. I have family that has storage at Extra Space and I will be getting them to transfer to this CubeSmart. Thank you Chris and Susie for making this a nice and easy pro... read more
Chris was great. He showed me three different size units. I thought I needed a 5x5 and Chris showed me a 5x10 and that's the size I needed. Fast process. Chris explained everything to me. I would reccomend to everyone.
