Clean, convenient, staff was helpful and accessible. I chose CubeSmart because they had the best rate/location combo, but just a couple months after moving in, they gave me a month’s notice that they were raising my rate by more than 25%. I was fortunate to be able to leave the unit, but the large price hike so soon after signing up came across as scammy/taking advantage of customers who would otherwise have to go through the cost and effort of moving everything to a different facility.
I am actually considering going somewhere else as the rental price is higher.

Very helpful getting us set up with a unit. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Super happy with what we got.
