Very helpful and attentive staff. Made sure I had everything I needed for move in and went out of their way to help when I had an issue with the unit.
The ladies at CubeSmart are beyond helpful. I truly appreciate the work they do!
Arrived mid day and no one was working. Called the 1 800 number was told someone would be back in 10 minutes. We returned 40 minutes later, still no one working. Could not get into the facility. Called the 1 800 number back and they let us rent the unit virtually. Only one hand cart downstairs. Returned today to move more items. Zero hand carts, and nobody working.
