The ladies at CubeSmart are beyond helpful. I truly appreciate the work they do!
Arrived mid day and no one was working. Called the 1 800 number was told someone would be back in 10 minutes. We returned 40 minutes later, still no one working. Could not get into the facility. Called the 1 800 number back and they let us rent the unit virtually. Only one hand cart downstairs. Returned today to move more items. Zero hand carts, and nobody working.
The staff was really nice and spent time explaining everything. Good people and very helpful.
I stopped by the location on N. American St. to ask some questions. I didn’t have an appointment. Joy was immediately so welcoming & informative. She went over all of my options. At this location, the price point in the size I wanted wasn’t available however she directed me to another location fairly close by that could meet my needs & set up a reservation without hesitation. While I initially chose to work with CubeSmart because it is between my home and studio I will stay with CubeSmart because the staff is great and the space is very clean. Joy was my first contact with the space. She listened carefully to my objectives and gave me advice that has turned out to be very accurate in meeting my needs.
