The facility is nice and clean. I love the price, location and the 2 door access points - assuming you can get through the gate! The key pad always says my code is wrong, even when it's not. I'm told it's an IT issue based on the system they use. IT'S BEYOND FRUSTRATING. This means I can never access if someone isn't at the front desk. I also have a unit at Extra Space Storage and I've NEVER had this issue. It's a massive problem. And it's not just me. I will have to move out because of this inconvenience. The manager Cindy runs the cleanest storage company in the company- her staff Katie is very well trained. Cindy’s bright personality and kindness makes having to put belongings in storage a breeze. I would never go anywhere else! Thank you Cindy & Katie you’re the best!
