My experience was awesome.... Osvaldo. P went out his way for me and greeted me outside as I was waiting to go inside. He gave me a tour and made the whole check in process very smooth. His customer service was awesome and I left with a smile considering that I had a rough morning. Thank you again
Customer service was 10 outta 10. Details oriented. Efficient and quick. Also he's good at upsaling product.
I want to say that Donte is a really hard worker and keeps a positive attitude in such a crazy building. This morning I watched a lady curse him out over the door code not working. He apologied and after she was done he said I understand and do you need help carrying that box to the cart. I have been a tenant for 4yrs and this building is at its best right now...
Does the gm for upper Darby CubeSmart ever get a break. I see him helping people load there items, chase down the carts for Extra space 🤣🤣, constantly walking the building asking everyone are they ok or need help. My question is who helps him. With they way that building is with the random homeless people trying to sleep in there. The women arguing in front of the building. He does his best to keep everyone happy.
