Management at this location was very helpful with facilitating any changes we needed to make like swapping out units. Facility was very clean and well kept!
I've been here for about a year, twice my bill has gone up $12 without warning or explanation. It started at $43/mo plus $12 for the insurance. Then $55/mo plus $12 for insurance. This month they charged $67/mo plus the $12 for insurance. I have the smallest and cheapest unit available. I'm headed up there today and either getting the rates corrected or opening a unit elsewhere. I rented a storage unit here for six months and was very happy with it. I chose Cubesmart largely because it was staffed. Someone was onhand to answer questions, and it gave me peace of mind to know that someone is regularly walking through the units and dealing quickly with any issues that arise.
