Overall best option and rate for my needs; but required ‘insurance’ is a scam…they same you can ‘decline it’ After buying it, but you’re still charged the first month Ins fee. Plain and simple, that’s deceptive.
Easy sign up process, online access, and an app! Office staff is very friendly amd helpful.
Just returned to CubeSmart yesterday because I am moving with downsizing. I was a customer for 10/2023-1/2026. Love the remote access but they closed at 10 PM. Have to work on my time management skills as a disabled nightowl. Jessica and Sarah are awesome. They are very knowledgeable of the customer’s needs. Also extremely clean hence the reason why I returned. This is a 5 star storage unit in Athens-Clarke and UGA area!
