Super easy!!!
Easy online process and offive was extremely helpful when I arrived
Easy to reserve online! Good communication. Sarah was great- explained everything, polite. took me to the unit and showed me how to use the lock! Super clean. Feel safe - gated and well lit. Easy to set up app on phone and auto pay.
Overall fantastic experience. This storage facility is bright, clean, and so easy to use. Really friendly people working in the office! They had supplies for moving on site like boxes, tape, and bubble wrap for purchase. They have Dollie’s available, too.
The price increase is unbelievable. I had a unit here 10x10 and paid around $78 a month for it. I recommend the spot to a friend who got a 5 x 10 and is paying $68 a month. I let go of my old unit now about 2 years ago. I went in today to find out that the 5 x 5 was $96 a month! Insane! It is smaller than a kids bedroom closet.
