Property Manager Amber was amazing!! She provided excellent customer service l, answered all questions and made helpful suggestions.
Units were clean and easy to access. Amber was very friendly and attentive in helping me with the move.
This used to be CubeSmart. It's still the same staff working there, it's just rebranded. When they did that, they jacked up the rates. I called them yesterday to ask about a miscellaneous charge on my card and they said that was due to the rate change. I asked if there was any way we could negotiate a lower rate and they said no, only if I went with a smaller unit. Literally the next day I got another notice saying that my rate was again increasing! I'd stay away...
