Not sure how a 1-star appeared here, but, for my money, that was 180-degree the wrong way! Katie @ Branchville office was a *total* professional delight to work with: bright, capable, efficient and extremely personable . I *highly* recommend this location and the invaluable services they provide we mobile workers. Its been a great relief to have the ability to store a few things and their staff really go above and beyond to make it work!
