Kati was so helpful and completely thorough in presenting the two storage units we rented Thx so much
So far so good. But the woman told me in a few months the “great price” will go up. But I’ve heard this about most storage facilities.
The unit itself was fine. My issue was their pricing. There pricing with their promotional rate is $145. Without the promotional rate, it's $245, seems excessive but ok. When I asked why I am being charged $370, they said after 6 months we are going to take advantage of you in any way possible.
Kati has helped me several times in the past week. What an asset she is to CubeSmart. She beams with enthusiasm and is A-1 in customer service.
We had a wonderful experience at CubeSmart thanks to Kati! She was so helpful and friendly on both our move in and move out days. Very pleased with the facilities and management!
