Kati is amazing! She was a huge help there. 5 stars for her. She is kind and friendly and patient! Getting stuff from outside to inside with a dolly was kinda tough because there isn’t a ramp at every location. Just the front one. The lips caused my stuff to topple twice. Once again Kati was super accommodating 👌
I have had my storage for a while and was thinking about cleaning out. Yet it was a wonderful option when Kati came by to check in with her friendly service she gave me some options. I was able to get rid of a few things clean out and downsize my unit to fit my needs. She is very friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much.
