We’ve been renting her for a little over the year. The Branchville team (Doug) has been super responsive, units are clean, and he’s helped us move units easily within the building.
Excellent and superb service. I highly recommend. Katie was absolutely phenomenal. Place is nice and clean and large facility.
Doug was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly.
Doug was extremely helpful and efficient. The situation was not easy. The unit was being rented by my brother-in-law who is going to a nursing home and could no longer pay for the storage space rental. I act as a POA for him, so the situation required a lot of extra documentation. We also live in Florida and had to depend on Doug to help us with this situation in CT.
