Store manager is unwelcoming. All of my experiences with her have felt like a burden instead of a service. Other than that, everything at this location has been great. Other employees have been friendly, it’s close to my office and the nearby uhaul. The prices are fair and the spots are clean. Thank you guys.
Latoya and her team never cease to amaze me. Zaza, Mame and Tony are always welcoming. They are consistently courteous, friendly and reliable. I have a cube which I keep my business supplies and I’m always running back and forth to retrieve things. They always know to leave the loading gate open for me and keeps carts available. They are the true definition of outstanding customer service!!!!!
This facility is by far the most clean storage I have ever used. Latoya makes me feel so welcome everytime I stop by the office on way to visit my space. I could never imagine using another company!!!!!
