Nice, knowledgeable and very helpful
I had a 9am reservation for the complimentary truck with a new lease. However, I was denied usage by the manager because I was 18 minutes late. The truck has a four hour block; in which I only needed the truck to go two miles to move a sofa and ten boxes. I was told that the manager notified the attendant not to release the truck to me because I wasn’t there at 8:30am to wait for them to open.
