Great customer service!
Very friendly and knowledgeable person at the front desk. Helped me figure out just what I needed. The process start to finish was painless, fast and easy. Sooo much better than my previous experience with another storage facility a few years ago. I highly recommend this place.
Vivian went above and beyond helping me open my new storage locker. She even stayed after hours to make sure I was able to get in. So sweet of her. Amazing customer service! Thank you Vivian!
