So convenient to book storage online. The management staff was so kind and personable. She reached out to me once I secured my storage to makesure to answer any questions I might have and to tell me the best way to access my storage space. Everything was ready for me once I reached my storage. The app made everything so easy and convenient. Very clean and safe. Amazing service. I highly recommend CubeSmart Storage on Bandera and Mainland.
Only 3 months after storing herethey raised my rent by 40%. Outrageous. Unethical. 40% increase!! Moved here after 3 years at another facility because of the lower price I was quoted. But now the new price is higher than what I used to pay down the street. Complete loss of money to move here. Whatever price you're given, they will increase it incredibly in 90 days.
Vivian at my storage location in San Antonio was so friendly & very kind. She was able to accommodate me/us very well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was very honest about everything including possible price increases. In the grounds she keeps the property clean & is available to help answer any questions you may have.
Cube Storage is amazing. Very clean and well kept facility. Vivian who manages this storage facility runs a tight ship and maintains a very clean place. Vivian was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly when I went to open my unit. Please consider staying here and Vivian will take good care of you!
