Excellent service, they were very helpful and found another, larger unit, when we realized ours was too small.
Terrible customer service. They don't keep up with maintaining the facility. Light in the men's bathroom didn't work for 2 weeks. Gates constantly go down and I can gain access to my unit. Fans in the buildings are supposed to be temperature controlled but run constantly ( expecting all my stuff to freeze this year because of the fact). Currently looking for another storage facility to store my stuff. Don't waste your time or your money renting here.

Very poor customer service. Tried to terminate my lease and am being told I can't. I have asked for a copy of the lease to verify the language they are stating is in the lease- but have yet to be provided any documentation. There are better options for storage in Hutto than this operation.
