Owner operator discriminates against service dogs!,
Katie in the front office is more than helpful. Five stars for Katie, she's really turned this location around. She made sure that this was an easy move-in. I accidentally rented at the wrong location, and she had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Can't say it enough Katie is the best thing about this location
The manager, Katie, is amazing. Super helpful and responsive. Always willing to help out. We chose the facility for the loading docks, but stay because Katie is wonderful and great to work with
