I can't express how much we love working with Katie! She is always smiling, ready to help, and definitely personalize's her service. She knows our names and knows our storage number out the gate! We see her out walking the great big site, cleaning and looking at everyone's doors to be sure everything is safe! I've never been so comfortable with leaving my things at a place before. My wife and I have stored here for a few years. Since Katie became the manager a couple of years back, this facility has been flawless! We see her walking halls, checking units and cleaning always! And she always goes out of her way to say hello to us and our daughter! She has an incredible personality, Always smiling!
