Gray friendly service ....and clean storage that is easily accessible. Better...u happy with choosing cubesmart. Jill was really helpful and nice!!
Tim and Jill are great. Always courteous and friendly. I have so much stuff stored here. So far no mold on anything and my stuff has been in there for 11 months in four different storage units located throughout the building. The climate control is always consistent. Other places I’ve stored my stuff at has had problems with mold like your table legs, anything touching the floor. This place is great, no problems at all.

I've been in search for the best spot to store my convertible during the winter months... I have to say that there are other storage facilities but no one made me feel as comfortable and confident about storing my car (away from my home... out of my immediate sight!!!) as Jill did in the Randolph location on Salem Rd. She walked me through a few different options and then we found the best spot for my 'baby'. Clean, safe, accessible, friendly. Renting this space has been one of the smartest decisions I've made! Tim was professional, friendly and I feel that I got a really good deal on our unit. I haven't been this excited about a product or service since I had laser eye surgery. (OK, weird comparison but it tells a story.)
the staff at Randolph CubeSmart has provided me with superior customer service. The personal touch was a throw back to the small town I grew up in decades ago. They understood my needs and gave me some great options, then worked with me regarding my move-in day.
