First things I don’t like. They obligate you to buy a padlock for 15$ from them and is special kind of device that work only for their facilities. Second They don’t inform you about a charge for insurance, and when your insurance company send them your home owner insurance policy they don’t refund the money already charged in your bank account. These is not fair.
