Very friendly inviting staff upon arrival after a long, hard hot day of unexpected moving was very welcoming. Units were clean,process of getting set up was quick and easy.
I was pretty frazzled when I contacted Cube Smart for storage. They were very kind, there follow-up was excellent. They offered additional help with the unit location as well as made sure it was clean. They really have a "family" feeling when assisting customers. It is a large facility and has a number of different units available. They were Great.
The staff were very helpful, especially Joshua, and explained the whole process very clearly. The unit was spotless with very good security. a All of the paperwork was completed and emailed to me very quickly.
