So far getting this storage and setting up the reservation has proven very satisfactory. Follow up calls locally have proven to be just as satisfactory
The online check-in process was very simple and convenient. However, locating my unit proved a bit challenging. The climate-controlled units are not situated near the office, which was closed at the time, and the map provided did not clearly indicate that the units were on 10th Street rather than at 949 31st Street. That said, the customer service I received was excellent. The two ladies I spoke with were extremely helpful, and Ms. Honey went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct information.
