Amy told informed us Friday, we could come back during the weekend and move in. We drove across town, packed everything up in 4 loads....drove everything back to Surprise and the girl working said she had not yet been authorized to sign us up and let us move in....she did not know when she would be. We waited 2 hours for her to get authorization from the 'high-ups' and there were customers lined up behind us! Great place, staff, very safe and would use again.
Safe and clean place to store your household items and they have a moving truck I can use when I sign a new lease. The managers are very accommodating whenever I need help. I consider their storage price is very competitive with other storage and I always get the best value for my buck. Just ask the young gentlemen name Erik.He'll take good care of you.
