Bad place to rent a storage space, they wanted to rob me with late charges without me been late, and charged me for things that I did not purchase lost $72.82 cash without using the place at all.....I rented a the A/C Storage Place on 3600 S. Congress Ave
the service was quick and on point.
I just went to return to mattress bags I did not use that I purchased two days ago, and for CubeSmart boxes clearly labeled CubeSmart and the two people in the office refuse to give me a credit for any of it even though they clearly say CubeSmart all over them. I bought the bags from the girl sitting there. Show them proof of purchase on my phone with the transaction to CubeSmart and they were going to mail me a check for a whole $8. How absurd.
