I just leased a storage unit at CubeSmart located at 255 Exterior Street in the Bronx. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I'd particularly like to express my thanks to Eileen Perez as she went above and beyond during my transaction. I'd also like to recognize Liz Cruz for her help during the initial consultation.
Representative was very friendly and helpful. Even though they was about to close in 10 min they let my husband take our belongings to da storage space while I was taking care of da paperwork.
My van rental was botched, and though the staff was friendly, they seemed to struggle with my reservation. Then it took almost a half hour to get my access code to work. The price is right, though, and the facility is clean.
