I was initially pleased however I've only been using them for 6 months and they raised my fee $20 per month! I will be looking elsewhere for storage. My fee has increased by $80 per month in the 3 years of using cubesmart. ROBBERY

Wow I am so happy with CubeSmart! They are perfectly located and the staff is super nice. They were even able to upgrade my storage unit on move in day when I realized I needed more space. I highly recommend CubeSmart!
I Had just walked out of "A Storage Depot" angry. I was trying to rent a second unit and they wanted to charge me $50 then I currently pay. AND IT'S NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. I came to cubesmart immediately after and got a substantially better deal and its climate controlled. Kristina and Carolyn were awesome. Very high energy and positive from the phone call, to me actually walking in and getting my space! Im ending my other unit with the "other" place and moving here!
