Clean place. The manager was nice and he took care of me.
I rented online. The location was easy to find. I purchased a lock from them and the staff left it in my unit. Very good first impression.
Best prices in town!! I only needed a small storage unit for a few months and SROA was able to accommodate me. The manager was very helpful and I was even able to get a nice discount through a promotion.
The location is not secure, and the unit doors are damaged and extremely hard to open and close. They slip out of the tracks every time due to bent frames or doors. The gate was inoperable at times and left open. There are always dumpster divers around back. The prices continue to rise and the quality continues to decline. We’re removing our things.
