It’s not as clean as I would liked it to be but you get what you paid for
We lost the key to our storage building and they were super nice about it. We called and within 15 minutes they had someone on site to cut the lock. 10 minutes later we were in our storage. We can’t thank them enough for the great service!
Bait and switch. Take your business elsewhere especially if you think this may be a long-term rental. The price of my storage unit has been going up significantly over the last few years. Some increase is expected but I was told this to be normal and based on the market. But that is not why. They take advantage of the fact that no one really wants to move once you get settled.
