Not great. Funny, you can rent a space and set up an account online and over the phone, but cannot do anything else, upgrade storage unit for instance, without the local property manager. Whom by the way at this point is non-existent. Ridiculous way to do business in my opinion.
The storage locker they rented us was occupied. Took forever to complete the paperwork. There is no security at this location since the gate has not worked for months. Too make it worse, they just increased our monthly rent. Classic bait and switch. The owner does not return phone calls or respond to emails. This is an absolute terrible place to store your property!!
