The storage locker they rented us was occupied. Took forever to complete the paperwork. There is no security at this location since the gate has not worked for months. Too make it worse, they just increased our monthly rent. Classic bait and switch. The owner does not return phone calls or respond to emails. This is an absolute terrible place to store your property!!
I will definitely use the storage unit again. Brandy assistance was greatly appreciated along with the professionalism that was displayed. (625 W Blackstock Road) ask for Brandy.
They raise your rates on a regular basis and the facility has a palmetto bug ie huge cockroachea and spiders.
