The Manager was very friendly and attentive. He went over all of the details of the rental. He explained everything about the storage unit, the costs, the insurance, times... EVERYTHING!!! I don’t think he missed a thing. Vincent drove over to the unit to make sure the size is what I need. Explained how to open, lock, keep safe from the elements. He was EXTREMELY helpful. Kudos to CubeSmart and Vincent!!
I have been with Cube Smart for a couple of years and recently needed to down-size my storage space. The staff was very helpful and professional in assisting with the change. Everyone in the office has been knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. I have and will continue to refer people to Cube Smart. Thank you for this opportunity to share and employing great staff.
Been a customer of cubesmart for almost 3 years. Lou in Sewell is fantastic. I did however refer a friend to the frontage road location and my friend will never rent with cubesmart after their phone interaction with Val. She asked for details on a specific size and a truck and was told we don't have that size and she was promptly hung up on. I can't get over the lack of professionalism. Thankfully I have the Sewell staff.
