Better customer service. First when the office opens at 9:30, it should be ready for business, not having customers waiting around for you to arrive and turn on the systems. Secondly, I have insurance on my house, it covers this, believe me. Instead I pay for your insurance, only to be told 48hrs later, no refund when I present proof of insurance.
