New owners went up on price again! With the new owner, you cannot talk to a live person and they go up on your rent without notifying you. They just take it with your automated payment.
Absolutely love it… We have two storage units and three offices with them. We are extremely happy.
Since it has become 10 Federal Storage you cannot call and talk to someone. It was better before whenthere was someone in the office that you could talk to anytime you wanted to. You get a pre-recorded message and you’re on hold forever! very poor customer service.
Always willing to work with me and I knew my belongings were safe.
