Fantastic service and a great place to store our belongings.
The customer service representative Alex, delivers world class service to all customers. When I arrived at the storage facility I overheard how attentive and helpful he was towards an elderly couple and the gentleman was tired and Alex brought a chair over for him to sit on! Wow! Empathy, courteous, knowledge all in one! My experience was excellent as well he showed me how work the keypad and where I could find cart, he even personally cleaned and sweep my unit before he left. I was very disappointed about the requirement for insurance. I did not see where that requirement was prominently displayed. Nor was the ability to bring in a copy of my homeowners insurance to have it waved prominently displayed. That additional $12/month could easily make a difference when comparing storage facilities. Alex was able to work a deal that helped me out and i appreciated that. I went back and looked again on the web site to see if I could find insurance info and I could not. You should look at changing this.
I needed a climate controlled storage unit and only had a 24 hours notice. The CubeSmart website was easy to navigate and allowed me to reserve a 10x10 unit with no CC online. The next day when I went to then location I was very pleased with the quality of the units, security of the building, the friendly, attentive service and the ease of use. I definitely recommend this place!!!
Call on Tuesday and was able to get a unit the same day. Jason helped us out and was great. Clean facility and very big, lots of room. Would definitely recommend this location On Ray and Cooper in Chandler AZ
