At the last minute, like 30 minutes before the office was about to close I was able to reserve a unit with time to spare. The clerk was very fast and very efficient. I was in desperate need of a storage unit that day and I'm happy with choosing CubeSmart.

The worst storage unit I have ever rented in my life
Such a rip off they start you off affordable and once they have you they start jacking up the price without telling you 70.00 then three months later 100.00 and change who knows what's next and when...don't get suckered in
