Will and Bel were amazing, they took me in and were so nice. I have never received customer service like this. I saw the rat boxes around the facility and they were transparent with me in regards to that, I will be looking around but I appreciate the honestly and kindness from them.
I had a very disappointing experience with CubeSmart Self Storage at 8543 Grand Ave in Peoria, AZ. Unfortunately, I lost thousands of dollars in personal property due to what appeared to be a serious rodent infestation inside the facility. After discovering the damage to my belongings, I learned through other customer reviews that this location may have had an ongoing rodent problem. Easy no contact reservation and check in facility as a lot of mice or a lot of mice poop I have not seen the actual mice but a lot of traps and droppings the doors don't work so great and the codes don't get you in so well but easy no contact check in
