Absolutely the Worst. They changed the doors and therefore the locks on the units and did not notify the renters to pick up a new key. The result was paying a mover to sit at the unit from 8AM till 11 when someone showed up. This after repeated calls to customer service since shorty after 8. Always promised a call from a manager or a GM and nothing. The service is terrible. I need to be compensated for the movers time. Let’s see how quick the response will be.
