RecommendedI have been a customer of the Old Saybrook CubeSmart for over five years. Candice and Bo as well as the rest of the staff have always been very friendly and accommodating in person and on the phone. The units and grounds are clean. I feel safe visiting my unit.
Workin in the dark! Light at corner of state and liberty has been out for three months! Wife doesn’t feel safe alone organizing In a dark closet. Issue has been reported to desk several times. Appears bulbs are burnt out but could also be ballast. Recommended diagnostic procedure is replacing with known good parts and rechecking. Thank you
Stay away from this place. My clothes got ruined from infestation and the team doesn't really care about it. They push you away because they don't want to take the responsibility of such a thing. Very irresponsible business to deal with. In the beginning they are extremely nice to you till you move in after that they don't care at all. Every year your rate will increase but the quality of service goes down. Most of the time place stinks from bad odors. Molly, the facility manager is super. So helpful. Units are clean and well maintained. Just what I needed.
I recently moved to Texas and needed a storage unit. My initial meeting with Paul and Victoria was beyond welcoming. They worked with me to find what I wanted. I moved my things in and a month later decided I wanted a bigger space and again were super nice helping me to find what I wanted and one close to my current unit so as to make my move easier. I would definitely recommend them!

Everyone has been so helpful and kind. last week we ran into an issue where our key to open the locker was at home in IL. An employee named Lord was so kind and helped us to open the locker! He was pleasant and took the time needed. Thank you so much Lord for you help!!!
