After touring the area of my unit, not only was the environment and surroundings gave me a feeling of safety/secure. The desk clerk was extremely kind and personable, yet professional and efficient. I am very pleased with my choice.
I'm so greatful for Tamika. She was able to help me through the entire process. Although I'm not in Jackson, my son attends school there. She was able to walk me through everything over the phone, so we didn't have to move all his belongings back home. He was happy to have someone helpful rather than rude. Great costumer service!!!!
Great experience with the manager who checked me in.. I can’t say the same about the other daytime shift lead.. Attitude just real rude and unprofessional!
