I am writing to express my dissatisfaction of my experience with your CubeSmart (251 North A.W. Grimes Blvd. Round Rock, Tx). My wife and I had previously been customers of CubeSmart at a facility off of Gattis School Rd in Round Rock a few years ago and it was a great experience. When I was looking for a facility recently, I chose CubeSmart because of that previous experience. I wish I hadn't. Max was extremely helpful. He took the time to show me the options available and then went over all the particulars of the entry/exit system. The facility is very clean and seems very secure.
