I rented the unit on November 1st. The people who assisted me were very kind, but they didn't warn me before I signed the contract that the elevator wasn't working. They didn't give me an access code to get in. When I asked to cancel, they told me they could only offer me a smaller unit on the first floor, and I needed a larger space.
