Very good and quick sign up, very understanding and very good facility
We had a very pleasant experience working with Aaron. He was very helpful and patient while He helped us get the best unit for our storage needs at this time. Our unit was clean and easy to move our items into it.
SROA 7635 W Oklahoma ave. Charges my wife Sarah $185/mo for what. We cant move anything in or out. The overhead doors have been broken for over a year -Elevator has been broken. Customer service is terrible cant even get a call back, Never any carts there response is you have to look for one. Who the heck cant get an over head door fixed plenty of companies out there. On March 27, I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this storage facility, specifically with the property manager, Aaron. Upon arrival, the gates were taped off with no visible signage explaining what to do. As a first-time storage user, I was already unsure of the process.
