I spoke with the manager and asked her to call corporate about the carts. Cubesmart did remedy the cart issue by ordering more carts. The construction in front of the building is finally over, and the staff is still nice. My storage contents suffered no harm through it all, as inconvenient as it was, it’s all right now. That’s why I recommend it.

there are absolutely no carts available tonight. you can't even leave a message for customer service, the phone system puts you in an unending loop after it tells you about their award winning customer service. I guess I should be grateful we at least have a working elevator this time. but it is not acceptable to have to carry two carloads in by hand. This is a regular problem here. I DO NOT recommend Cubesmart Harvey location Way too many issues! Currently the gate is lying on the ground broken the property is NOT secure anyone can come and go and I was told that the expected date of repair is UNKNOWN !!! I pay for SECURE storage this is unacceptable !
