I met Allen sometime ago at cubesmart and I have to say that it is because of his customer service skills that I continue the relationship with this company. I’ve been renting for at least 15 years so I have been through several mgr. Allen has exceeded the level of helpfulness,while always maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Way to go, Allen. It’s because of You, that I am still with this company.
